UK delivery time: We aim to dispatch orders within 3 working days (however this is not guaranteed).  Where signed for post is used your parcel will then take up to 3 days from the day of dispatch.

International delivery time: Plus approx. 10 – 14 days overseas shipping times.

Occasionaly, times may be longer, we will let you know if there is going to be a delay.

Special Requests can sometimes take longer; we will confirm an anticipated delivery time on receipt of order for these requests.

If you need your purchase urgently, for a special occasion or by a specific date we recommend leaving a note (additional information) on your order or get in touch with us, preferably prior to ordering; we will do our best to help.

Delivery charges will be calculated by our website and automatically applied to your order during the checkout process.

Returns

Exchanges or Refunds of Non-Bespoke Items: As long as your item/order is returned within 21 days of receipt, is a non-bespoke item and is “as new” (the item must be unworn/unused and be in its original condition and packaging) it can be returned for a full refund (minus postage costs) or exchange.  However, where a product shows obvious signs of use it will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer.  Where an exchange is requested the new cost of postage will be covered by the customer.

Exchanges or Refunds of Bespoke Items: All handmade, bespoke products are made to order we DO NOT, therefore, accept returns on these items for any reason except production error.

Repairs

Due to the nature of the setting of each of the jewels, if your browband is rubbed against a rough surface, i.e. hay net/clothing or if it is pulled through the forelock, the prongs may open allowing the jewels to fall out.
 
We inspect each browband to ensure that all prongs are closed and the jewels secure when they are made.  However, should jewels come out they can be replaced using tweezers or small pliers, the prongs can then be closed.
 
If you have lost the jewels or if you would prefer us to repair and/or replace missing jewels we will be more than happy to do this for a nominal fee of return postage.  However, if the damage is more than a simple jewel replacement, we will provide a quote for the work for your approval and payment prior to commencing any repair.

If returning your browband for repair, please ensure you include contact details including your return address.  Please let us know by email at info@equi-jewel.co.uk that you are returning your browband to us.
