Where our products are made to customers specific requirements they cannot be returned or exchanged once ordered.

Each browband comes with a 1 year guarantee and can be repaired or replaced if any damage occurs due to manufacturing defect. Please see our Repairs policy for repairs to accidental damage on items.

If the item that is faulty is discontinued, customers can exchange for a different item of the same value or a refund can be given. Any refund will be for the actual purchase price only, not including postage and is for the price the customer paid for it if payment was made when there was an offer on or if a voucher was used.

Items that are not made to order can be exchanged for a different size if not a sufficient fit and have not been used.  The customer must cover return postage and the additional postage for the new item to be sent to the customer if applicable.

Also, please note, if the item is purchased as a gift, the person receiving the gift cannot receive a refund if the item is not suited, the original purchaser must request a refund or exchange, if appropriate; this is to prevent fraud.
